ABOUT ME

I was born in Austria and raised in the farm lands of eastern Ontario. The mountains eventually beckoned me back, so in 1998 I moved to Whistler, B.C. for what I thought would be a short time. Little did I know, the Sea to Sky Corridor would be my home for 18 years. Now I am on to the next adventure, living in Vernon, B.C.

I currently teach yoga and practice foot and hand reflexology in Vernon. Visit the reflexology and yoga pages to learn more about the services I offer.
